The acquisition of a yacht is not limited to the purchasing decision. It is the fruition of a project and the entrance into a world, that of our boatbuilding yard, where we have developed an entire owner support process, be they newcomers or already members of the CNB family.
The connection is first established during the specification of the yacht and her options, a good time to discuss funding solutions. Once the purchase decision is made, a project manager is made available by CNB. He acts as an intermediary between the customer and the design office throughout the build, manages yard visits, assists in specifying the fitting-out and equipment… During this phase, support incorporates aspects as varied as the search for a berth, for a crew, the possible implementation of a managed charter programme as well as technical and practical training. One month before the launch, the owner and crew are invited to Monfalcone to familiarise themselves with the location and prepare for the delivery week, so that this occasion combines efficiency and pleasure.
Then comes the day of departure, but CNB’s support does not end there. A worldwide network of professionals is ready to assist if required. At the boatbuilding yard, we also have a competent mobile team specialising in each of our models.
