This Luca Brenta design is one of the iconic yachts in the history of CNB.Crafted like a diamond, her coachroof with its 75 panels of laminated glass, bonded onto a structure of carbon bars, is her visual identity. While she has received numerous awards, above all she demonstrates the boatbuilding yard’s ability to bring into the world a yacht that is not only very contemporary but also retains the seaworthy qualities so dear to our brand. These two aspects, too often opposed in the world of today’s superyachts, come together in Chrisco to form a coherent whole.
Won over by our proposal for a coachroof with extensive glazing, the European couple who ordered this 100-footer also had very precise requirements.A rare event for a sailing yacht, Chrisco’s weight and speed were a contractual requirement, with a tolerance not exceeding 5%!Ultimately, Chrisco left the yard 600 kg lighter than expected, the result of outstanding collaboration between our design office, our construction teams, the Wetzels Brown Partners interior design office ... and of course Luca Brenta.
A thoroughbred, Chrisco has logged no less than 80,000 miles in six years. Her owners' yen for minimalism has often led them to daring technical solutions, such as the primary winches concealed beneath the deck by carbon panels with clamshell opening! From the exterior, Chrisco has a sleek appearance and exhibits no break in her smooth lines. But from the interior, the eye never leaves the rig, always visible through the axial glazing.Sailing aboard her is a lifestyle.
